Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is a model as well as an actress. She gained recognition in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap opera Neighbors during a hundred episodes that aired between 2006 and 2007. In Hollywood, she began with two distinct projects. One was Hollywood & Wine in which she played an actress who was struggling. Her next project was as Maya, a sexy and very attractive medical student in Scrubs' ninth season. The series was suddenly halted. In the following months, she continued to make an episode of the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy called Good To Shoot featuring the Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson tandem. Thereafter she appeared on small-scale series and B series movies. In 2013, she began being noticed more widely. After having appeared in six episodes of the crime drama Franklin and Bash and landing her first part on the regular cast of the webseries Chosen starring Milo Ventimiglia, the actress got a number of new projects. The first two seasons, she plays Chad Michael Murray's counterpart to the two seasons. Then she played roles of support in the two feature films which were set on airplanes. One of them was a TV film made for SyFy's flight 7500 with actors from the television shows. Another film is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She is an air hostess. She is a part of Gabriel Luna the poster of the new show on TV called Matador. This thriller series where the actors play CIA agents and produced under the direction of director Robert Rodriguez however does not exceed a season of 13 episodes. The pilot for another series, that hasn't yet been completed, is in production. The concept that was created for Borrowed Moments, a B series romance, was seen by Brian Krause in 2015. Then she appeared on the set of the show Witness for Rent which featured Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kad Cuoco. Additionally, she was an integral part of the huge release of the experimental Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick. She is also featured in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
