Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson, an American producer and singer, is also a writer. Her most famous role is as Tara Maclay, in the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Additionally, she's produced, directed and starred for her own film Chance & Lovers Liars & Lunatics. In addition, she was a part of Kiss the Bride. Benson, her mother was a psychologist and a Diane Benson was born in Birmingham Alabama on January 8, 1977. Danielle is her younger sister who is an artist. Benson's father was Jewish as was her mother was Southern Baptist raised by Southern Baptist parents. Benson was raised in Alabama and went to an Reform church in Alabama. In the years since Buffy was cancelled, Benson was in films including The Killing Jar and on shows like Morganville The Series. Her creative talents were put to use on Ghosts of Albion, and she directed Drones (2010). Buffy claims that after taking time to count and locate them she found more than 1800 Slayers around the globe, including 500 who are connected to the Scooby Gang. They are now able to awaken as Slayers as they mature to a suitable level such as Slayer Soledad. Slayer Soledad was born on her 16th birthday. Ruth Connell is set to portray Rowena during the season 10 of Supernatural. It is believed that Rowena is an ancient witch.
